This is a summary of TryOpenClaw’s refund policy.
In case of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Beta Phase

During the Beta phase (from 01.04.2026), we apply a simple and transparent refund policy:

• You can request a refund within 30 days of payment
• No reason required
• Applies to all paid users during the beta phase
• After refund, access will be terminated within 24 hours

The goal of this policy is to help you experience the product with peace of mind, risk-free.

2. Post-Beta Phase

The unconditional refund policy will no longer apply.
Plan cancellations and refunds will be subject to the rules below.

3. Monthly Subscription

Pause Monthly Subscription Renewal

• Anytime
• No cancellation fees

Effect:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
• After pausing renewal, you will not be charged for subsequent cycles

4. Annual Subscription

Pause Annual Subscription

• Anytime
• The current month continues to operate normally

Refund calculation:

• Used months are charged at the standard monthly plan rate
• The remaining balance of the annual payment will be refunded

5. Refund Limits

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

• Detection of policy abuse
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit refunds
• Violation of Terms of Use

7. Refund Processing

• Refund via original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Time to receive money depends on the bank or payment platform
• All refund values are calculated in VND
