1. PAYMENT REGULATIONS

Customers can choose the following payment methods to top up their balance (credits) or subscribe to service plans on the TryOpenClaw.io platform – Setup OpenClaw in 2 Minutes:

  • International Payment Cards: Visa, MasterCard… through the Stripe international payment gateway.
  • E-wallets and Banking Apps: Payment methods integrated into the Stripe system (depending on the supported region).
  • Promo Codes: Discount codes or trial credits issued by TryOpenClaw during promotional campaigns.

2. DETAILS OF PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit cards, international payment cards: The system accepts VISA and MasterCard issued by domestic and international banks. Transactions are securely processed through Stripe. Customers must ensure their cards have sufficient limits/balances and complete the authentication steps (3D Secure) required by the issuing bank.
  • Stripe payment gateway: To ensure the safety and security of card information, TryOpenClaw uses Stripe as the main payment processor. All your payment information will be encrypted and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store users’ card information on our system.
  • E-Invoice: After a successful transaction, the system will send a payment confirmation and e-invoice to the email you registered on the system.

3. ACCEPTED CARDS LIST

We accept most international payment cards supported by Stripe, including:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express (Amex)
  • JCB
  • Discover & Diners Club
  • China UnionPay (CUP)

4. UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

Transactions may be declined or unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

  • Authentication failed: You did not enter the correct OTP or authentication password (3D Secure) of the Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode program.
  • Card limit: The card does not have enough balance or exceeds the daily spending limit.
  • Incorrect card information: Incorrect card number, expiration date, or CVC/CVV code.
  • International payment feature: The card has not been activated for Internet/International payment functions.

Note: If a transaction fails but your account has been deducted, please contact our support team at [email protected] or your card-issuing bank for timely reconciliation and processing.
